PRIORTIZING THE PATIENT-DOCTOR RELATIONSHIP
At Dominion Primary Care, our mission is simple - to provide great care to help you stay healthy. Whether you’re coming in for a regular checkup or acute care, our philosophy is to keep you well with a dedicated staff that will take care of your needs. We also limit the number of patients enrolled to ensure we always have same day or next day access, and that appointment durations are tailored to your needs.
Under our Direct Primary Care model you will have a direct relationship with your own personal physician and we are available whenever you need us 24/7 via phone or text.
We are also mindful of how expensive health care costs can be, and we therefore try to keep your costs low by providing in clinic procedures at no additional cost, as well as transparent wholesale pricing on labs and imaging as part of your benefits. This is important and favorable for patients who have high deductible plans, are participating in an HSA or Health Sharing plan, or who have no insurance coverage and are self-pay.
Our goal is to provide health care services that provide value, great customer service, and help you meet your healthcare needs. Affordable concierge care is what we provide. Schedule a free consultation today to learn more about the benefits of being a patient of Dominion Primary Care.

CONSTANCE SALINAS, RMA
Connie is a born and raised Michigander, coming from a large Hungarian Family. Growing up in Detroit, Connie developed a true love for the outdoors, which she shared with her father, who was a career Detroit Police Officer. She loves camping, hunting, ATV’s, and water sports, and she also loves (and misses) the snow! She was an avid hockey player for many years, and of course her favorite NHL team is the Detroit Red Wings! To stay in touch with her Michigan roots, Connie still attempts to get back every year to participate in the Traverse City Christmas Snow mobile run.
After moving to Texas in 2007 with her husband and daughter, she found a new home in San Antonio and is happy to be a part of our community. Just recently, Connie and her family were blessed with her first grand-baby, whom grandma loves to spoil!
Connie's comes to Dominion Primary Care with 28 years of clinical experience, with her first job being in Urology/Oncology after completing her training at The Ross Medical program in Michigan, during which she gained invaluable experience and knowledge. She has also expanded on that experience in other medical specialties, to include ENT, Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Geriatrics, all of which have allowed her to expand her skill set and capabilities.
Connie has the same goal today as she did when she started in medicine 28 years ago, and that is to help and serve her fellow man. She believes all people should have access to quality healthcare at an affordable price, and she is excited to be in a position where she can help patients achieve this. This is why she joined Dominion Primary Care. She feels it provides her the ability to carry out her mission of helping people of all social classes and back grounds, and is a way to take medicine back to the way it once was, a direct relationship between the physician and patient.
